2. Purpose
The purpose of this Agreement is to outline the terms and conditions under which Advertiser will create, manage, and run advertising campaigns on Microsoft Ads to promote its legal services related to civil rights advocacy.
3. Advertising Content

All advertisements created by Advertiser must comply with Microsoft Ads policies, including but not limited to:

4. Payment Terms

Upon termination, Advertiser will no longer have access to Microsoft Ads, and any unpaid balances will become due immediately.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Disclaimer :
Platform Provider is not liable for any damages arising from the use of Microsoft Ads, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data.
8.2 Indemnification :
Advertiser agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Platform Provider from any claims, damages, or losses arising from Advertiser's violation of this Agreement or applicable laws.
9. Modifications
Platform Provider reserves the right to modify this Agreement or its policies at any time. Advertiser will be notified of any changes via email or through the Microsoft Ads platform. Continued use of Microsoft Ads constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
